Booking Conditions
The villa is always rented in its entirety. It has a maximum capacity of 8 people, expandable to 10 using extra beds. Meals and other additional services are not included. However, once in the villa, the client may hire cleaning services with our external collaborator if desired and available.
The rental price includes bed linens and towels based on the number of tenants, as well as final cleaning, excluding kitchenware.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 42 days before the arrival date. For payments made with credit card, a charge of 3% of the amount paid will be applied as management fees. For payments made via bank transfer, there will be no charges, and 100% will be refunded. You will incur a charge of 30% of the total price if you cancel between 42 and 8 days before the arrival date. The remainder must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. If you fail to do so or do not show up, the total price will be charged. For credit card bookings, both charges will be processed automatically.
Advance Payment Conditions
A 30% advance payment of the total price must be made at the time of booking.
Conditions Regarding Children and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Travel cots are available: €30 per stay.
If the villa is fully booked, we have 2 extra beds that can be set up at a cost of €30 per person per night. If, for any justified reason, an extra bed is needed while the villa is not fully booked, it will be provided free of charge. Please indicate this when making your reservation in the comments box.

Internet
Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property. Free of charge.
Parking
The house has an uncovered garage for one vehicle. There is also free public parking nearby, and there are usually no problems finding a spot. Reservation is not necessary.
Pets
Pets are allowed. Free of charge.
Reception
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the comments box when making the reservation or contact us directly. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon entering the property, personal details (D.N.I. or passport required) will be collected from all tenants in accordance with current legislation.
A security deposit of €300 must be paid to cover potential damages due to misuse of the property or its furniture and utensils. The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after your departure, subject to verification of the property's good condition.
The pool will be closed from November 1, 2025, to March 28, 2026.
ACCOMMODATION RULES
Very Important
Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must check its condition. If you find any significant defects, anomalies, or damages, you must inform us immediately so that a solution can be provided. Complaints made in the following days will not be accepted.
It is not permitted to accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the property or the number agreed upon at the time of booking.
We try to provide comfort and convenience with air conditioning, heating, and various appliances. Enjoy them, but please use them responsibly.
The owner is not responsible for personal items left in the property by clients, nor for items that may have been forgotten.
The property has a private pool. If you have small children or individuals who cannot swim with you, it is your responsibility to prevent accidents by keeping them away from the pool's edge.
The property has stairs inside and outside. The living room has two levels, and at certain points, there is a height difference of over one meter between the pool and the garden. There are also several terraces, and the garden contains thorny plants. Please be especially careful if you are traveling with children or individuals with mobility issues to avoid accidents.
Usage and Coexistence Rules
The property may not be used for any activities other than those previously agreed upon.
Activities contrary to hygiene, normal coexistence, or that threaten public order are not permitted. In the event of vandalism, noise, disturbances, legitimate complaints from neighbors, or reckless use of the property and its furnishings, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and tenants must vacate the property immediately.
The celebration of parties or events in the property is expressly prohibited.
Cleaning and Maintenance of the Property
Bedding and towels will be available upon your arrival at the property. Any damage due to misuse or removal will incur a penalty of €15 per unit, which will be deducted from the deposit.
It is forbidden to leave trash in the property, garden, by the entrance door, or on the street. The tenant agrees to dispose of their bags in the containers provided in the municipality. This is mandatory to maintain the property's cleanliness. A penalty of €15 per bag will be imposed.
Upon your arrival at the property, you will be given 1 or 2 sets of keys, depending on the number of guests. The loss of keys will incur a penalty of €25 per set.
